We love Nepal!! Backpacking in Nepal was amazing. It was so nice to get away from the heat of India. We visit the World Peace Pagoda, Sarangkot, and watch the sun rise over the Annapurna mountain range. LIFE IS GREAT!!!

I’ve been through the pictures time and time again but I’ll admit that I’ve been waiting anxiously for the video ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s a great video and such an inspiration. Id really love to visit Nepal and watching the video and how you took advantage of the beautiful country makes me want to go even more. Nepal is everything that I’ve been expecting but still quite a bit more to the country according to the video and can’t wait to experience it first hand.

    Thanks again for sharing!

    Hey Jim,
Great video. When we were trekking up to Sarangkot their were paragliders everywhere.
It looked like a lot of fun and next time we get to Pokhara it will be something we will have to do.

  15. You guys made me miss Nepal so much now ๐Ÿ˜€ Btw we took local bus and climbed to Peace Pagoda and walked back – thought it was too expensive to take a boat for a small budget ๐Ÿ˜€

    • Giselle and Cody November 2, 2014 Reply

We were thinking of taking a bus but we were right along the water and ended up taking the boat. We paid 750 Nepalese Rupees for the roundtrip plus tip. That is roughly $8.63 so it wasn’t that bad for us. If we were on a super tight budget we would have just swam across. ๐Ÿ™‚
